Our Teams
The Wellingborough Saxons Football Club has four teams:
First Team - The First team play on Sundays at Eastfield Park, currently managed by Matthew Brown.
Reserves - The Reserve team play on Sundays at Eastfield Park, currently managed by Wayne Kellingray & Basil Finletter.
Veterans - The Veternas play on Sundays at Sir Christopher Hatton School, currently managed by Gavin Benson.
Saturday Team - The Saturday team play at Eastfield Park and are managed by Mat Fox and Jon Dean.
Team insight
Currently Saxons have four 11 a-side teams that are each affiliated into an FA League.
Over the years the number of teams have increased with the assistance of good Saxon people and they have grown into stable and successful teams with great spirit. Each team boasts a good quality of players both young and old. Every team has a brand new team kit to play in thanks to our kind sponsors.
